With over two decades of experience in Traditional Chinese Medicine and functional nutrition, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people uncover the root causes of their health challenges and take meaningful steps toward lasting wellness.
After earning my master’s degree in TCM in 2001, I worked in diverse settings—from hospital clinics to cruise ship spas—where I saw a common theme: poor nutrition and digestion were undoing the benefits of even the best therapies. This reinforced my belief in the foundational role of the liver and spleen in health, as stress, toxins, and poor dietary choices often lie at the root of disease.
Thirteen years ago, I began studying functional nutrition—not to create meal plans, but to restore and improve the body’s natural function. I believe health isn’t about masking symptoms; it’s about understanding and addressing the deeper imbalances holding you back.
My passion for working with men stems from a gap I’ve observed in healthcare. Men often prefer to ‘figure it out’ themselves, which can leave them underserved and falling through the cracks. My approach respects this mindset by providing the tools, education, and guidance men need to understand their health and make informed choices—empowering them to take control in a way that works for them.
